An individual harbour side family 4 storey detached house with a separate boat house and harbour slipway.

This project represents the most challenging construction carried out by Matrod Frampton to date. It features 3 types of piling, basement, swimming pool, tidal groundwater, split floor levels served by 2 staircases. A particular feature of the property is the curved staircase constructed from dressed stone from the Peak District.
