Standing in the grounds of a Listed Voysey House and within a Conservation Area , this Pool Pavilion has been skillfully designed by local Architects, Morgan Carey of Wareham.

Set essentially within the natural contours of the grounds, the building has a steel frame structure, cavity insulated and external rendered  walls, a flat roof with Alwitra single ply membrane, incorporating Photovoltaic Panels and Sedum green roof planting.

Accommodation includes Changing and Shower Wet Room areas, Games Room Lounge and Pool Plant Room

Features include Underfloor floor heating and Purbeck stone flooring, purpose manufactured Schuco Aluminium sliding doors onto Pool Terrace, purpose made hardwood Windows and Doors, bespoke hardwood staircase leading to the Pavilion Eyrie.
