A highly interesting and challenging scheme involving complete Renovation and Refurbishment of a Listed derelict Water Mill , to include the Mill House and 3 Storey Mill buildings with original workings and features. 

Further outbuildings were also converted and extended to include additional accommodation and new extensions constructed to provide an Indoor Swimming Pool and Breakfast Room.
This scheme involved working closely with the Environment Agency to safeguard prime chalk watercourses, liaison with Ecology organisations, Archaeologists and Building Conservation officers.
Traditional methods and materials were used throughout including Lime plaster internally and lime pointing to stonework and brickwork externally, salvaged slates and plain clay tiles to roofs, salvaged timbers re-used and retained where possible, original flagstones re-laid onto new insulated solid floors, original Mill Wheel and Machinery restored and featured internally.
