Bury Road, Branksome Park

A stunning contemporary bespoke new private dwelling, situated on an elevated and sloping site within the woodland setting of Branksome Park, Poole.

Construction included piled foundations, in-situ concrete semi-basement and ground floor incorporating swimming pool with steel framed super structure. External walls clad with zinc and cedar boarding, Schuco windows, solar panels and air source heat pump mechanical installations. External landscaping included extensive Purbeck stone retaining walls, tiled external patio terraces, composite wood decking and resin bonded stone driveway.
