Advice for Private Clients

Getting a quotation can be a very straightforward process. If you are not familiar with obtaining a quotation or getting started on your enquiry, we have a few notes which you may find helpful:

General Requirements:

• Sanitaryware - have you a range in mind? Have you a budget allowance for purchasing, which could be adjusted to suit your final selection?
• Kitchen Units and Appliances - as above or do you wish to arrange direct?
• Decorating - included or excluded
• Wall Tiling - fully tiled or partially tiled
• Choose External Materials - e.g. Roof tiles or slates, bricks, paving slabs
• Finishes - Doors, ironmongery, flooring, are any existing materials to be salvaged for re-use where practicable?

Drawings and Notes

If relevant - provide professionally prepared drawings including Building Regulation Notes, together with any Structural Engineering Drawings and Notes.
